The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.

Students going into grades 5 & 6 - Irish Gym Intro Program (Register for RBFS-56)
Work with RHS coaches on speed development, agility, explosiveness, and core strength. All workouts will be at the RHS track and be on Mon/Wed/Fri from 10:30-11:30am.
Students going into grades 7 & 8 should Register for Irish Gym - Champions Club
This program introduces our junior high athletes to the proper lifting techniques for strength development in the weight room and includes our speed enhancement program to help develop explosive athletes.

Jeff Erdmann has 28 years of successful teaching and coaching. He has spoken at coaching clinics across the nation and produced coaching DVDs that are sold nationally. He has twice been selected as the football coach of the year in the state of Minnesota. (Minnesota Vikings 2010 & U.S. Marines Semper Fi Coach of the Year 2015)
